Your account
How do I delete my account?
In Wisely, tap the gear icon at the top right of the Today tab,
open Preferences, scroll to the bottom and tap
Delete account, then slide to confirm. Your
profile, meals, photos and every log are deleted straight away,
and this can't be undone. Deleting your account doesn't cancel an
App Store subscription; see below. If you can't open the app,
email support@wisely.fit
from the address on your account with the subject
"Delete account" and we'll delete it within 14
days.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes. Email support@wisely.fit
from the address on your account with the subject
"Data export". Within 14 days we'll send you your
profile, meals and logs as a file, plus download links for your
meal photos.
I can't sign in
If you signed up with Sign in with Apple, use the same Apple ID
you used the first time. If you signed up with an email and
password and can't get in, email us from that address and we'll
help you back into your account.
Wisely Pro and billing
What does Wisely Pro include?
Unlimited AI photo analysis, chat with Sage, your coach, and Cook
from Fridge. The free plan includes 3 photo analyses a day (the
count resets at 00:00 UTC), and logging a meal by describing it is
always free. Weekly recaps and allergen filtering are free for
everyone. The price, and any free trial, are shown on the upgrade
screen before you confirm.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Apple bills the subscription, so you cancel it with Apple: on your
iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions →
Wisely and tap Cancel Subscription. You
can also get there from Wisely: gear icon →
Preferences → Manage subscription. You keep Pro
until the end of the period you've paid for. Cancel at least 24
hours before a free trial ends to avoid being charged.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles every App Store payment and refund, so we can't
issue one ourselves. Request it at
reportaproblem.apple.com
and choose the Wisely purchase.
I paid, but Wisely still shows the free plan
Pro belongs to your Wisely account, so first check you're signed
in to the account you subscribed with, then close and reopen the
app. On a new phone, signing in to that account is usually all
you need. If Pro still doesn't appear, open
Preferences → Upgrade to Wisely Pro and tap
Restore. Still stuck? Email us with the date of
your Apple receipt and we'll sort it out.
Using Wisely
A calorie estimate looks wrong
Right after you log a meal, tap Something off? Fix
it and tell Sage what's different, for example "it was a
half portion" or "no cheese". For a meal you've already saved, tap
it on the Today tab and edit the numbers.
How do I connect or disconnect Apple Health?
Wisely asks before it reads or writes anything in Apple Health. To
change that later, open the iPhone Settings app →
Privacy & Security → Health → Wisely. Turning
access off stops syncing from then on; anything already in Wisely
stays until you delete it.
Is Wisely medical advice?
No. Wisely and Sage give general nutrition information and
estimates. They aren't a medical professional and aren't a
substitute for advice from your doctor or a registered dietitian.
